On December 28th, 2017, the official website of energy cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) was officially launched.

Sponsored by National Energy Administration and operated by China Information Corporation, the Website aims to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, to take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as guidance, and to provide information on international energy cooperation for government agencies, enterprises, public institutions, social organizations and the public following the principles of “openness, inclusiveness, mutual benefit, market operation as well as safe, green and harmonious development”.

The Website consists of six columns, namely News, Release, Data, Resource, Finance and The Best Practice, focusing on industry dynamics, exemplary cases of cooperation, bidding information and price changes of major energy products in both home and abroad.

With both Chinese and English versions available now, the Website will provide more diversified content and better service in the future.
